At FRAME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
